Lauryn Adams

A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Lauryn is a proud graduate of Spelman College with a B.A. in Political Science. 

At just 3 years old, Lauryn began her formal dance training at the Ballethnic Academy of Dance. Throughout her years growing up, she developed a love for music at The Paideia School, where she participated in both musical theatre and the orchestra. Additionally, she spent her summers training at Dance Theatre of Harlem, Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre (through “Ailey Extensions”), and Butler Ballet. Lauryn feels immense gratitude for her dance training and the creative freedom that was encouraged during her time at The Paideia School. The encouragement she received through her education has ultimately lent credence to the multi-hyphenate artist she is today. 

Lauryn is currently based in NYC and is a lover of all things jazz music, podcasts, stationary, cooking, and artistic collaboration :)
